NOTICE: The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas upgraded to NextGen electronic case filing on August 13, 2018. Please go our Nextgen page for more information.
CM/ECF is a case management program that allows attorneys to file pleadings and other documents electronically with the District Court over the Internet 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. This allows all case information to be immediately available for examination electronically via the Internet. CM/ECF is now the primary method for docketing and filing documents with the Court.
In order to file documents electronically, and to receive automatic e-mail notices of documents that are filed, attorneys must be admitted to practice before the Court and must be registered to file electronically.
ATTENTION! Attorneys are required to register separately for access to the CM/ECF System in the WESTERN DISTRICT OF ARKANSAS and the Eastern District of Arkansas.
For CM/ECF type information or questions, you can contact the Arkansas Western CM/ECF Information Team at CMECF_info@arwd.uscourts.gov or call 1-866-540-5066.
