CM/ECF Information

As of August 15th, 2005, the Western District of Arkansas implemented CM/ECF. CM/ECF is a case management program that allows attorneys to file pleadings and other documents electronically with the District Court over the Internet 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. This allows all case information to be immediately available for examination electronically via the Internet. CM/ECF is now the primary method for docketing and filing documents with the Court.

In order to file documents electronically, and to receive automatic e-mail notices of documents that are filed, attorneys must be admitted to practice before the Court and must be registered to file electronically. After registration, attorneys are provided with a login and password via e-mail that will allow access to the system. This login and password will also serve as the attorney's signature on all documents that are filed with the CM/ECF system.

ATTENTION! Attorneys are required to register separately for access to the CM/ECF System in the WESTERN DISTRICT OF ARKANSAS and the Eastern District of Arkansas.
