CM/ECF Information
As of August 15th, 2005, the Western District of Arkansas implemented CM/ECF. CM/ECF is a case management program that allows attorneys to file pleadings and other documents electronically with the District Court over the Internet 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. This allows all case information to be immediately available for examination electronically via the Internet. CM/ECF is now the primary method for docketing and filing documents with the Court.
In order to file documents electronically, and to receive automatic e-mail notices of documents that are filed, attorneys must be admitted to practice before the Court and must be registered to file electronically. After registration, attorneys are provided with an login and password via e-mail that will allow access to the system. This login and password will also serve as the attorney's signature on all documents that are filed with the CM/ECF system.
CM/ECF Online Attorney Registration
ATTENTION! Attorneys are required to register separately for access to the CM/ECF System in the WESTERN DISTRICT OF ARKANSAS and the Eastern District of Arkansas.
