The Fort Smith division of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas will close at 12:00 PM (noon) on Friday, August 8, 2025. All other divisions will remain open. Calls and electronic correspondence will be routed to other offices elsewhere within the district. Normal operations will resume on Monday, August 11.
