General Order 2021-1 “In re Procedures for the Filing, Service, and Management of Highly Sensitive Documents” was signed by Chief Judge Hickey on January 15, 2021. Due to a recent breach affecting government computer systems, federal courts have been advised to add new security procedures to protect highly sensitive documents filed with the courts. This General Order outlines those procedures for this District.
