Pursuant to the authority conferred by 28 U.S.C. § 631, et seq., and the regulations promulgated by
the Judicial Conference of the United States under the authority of 28 U.S.C. § 63 l(b)(S), it is hereby
ORDERED that Mark E. Ford be reappointed as a full-time United States Magistrate Judge for
the Western District of Arkansas at Fort Smith, AR at an annual salary fixed by the Judicial Conference
of the United States.
