AO78 Application for Judicial Employment - If you have not previously completed an application for employment, please complete the form in its entirety. Please ensure all exact employment dates and salary information are entered. 

Direct Deposit Form - You do not need to have a representative from your financial institution sign in section 3. However, please make sure all other information in section 3 is completed.

I-9 Employment Verification Form (I-9 Instructions) - Complete and sign page one. Choose which unexpired documents to present from the List of Acceptable Documents. I must physically review the documents to complete the I-9 form. I will schedule a time with you to review these documents either in person or by video.

Please take a few moments to review an interactive module titled An Introduction to the Federal Courts. It discusses federal courts and aspects of the federal judicial system, including the structure and functions of the district courts, bankruptcy courts, and courts of appeals. The module also describes courts’ key players and the difference between federal and state courts.
