Effective the 3rd day of January, 2025, United States Magistrate Judge Christina D.
Comstock is hereby designated as the Chief Magistrate Judge of the Western District of Arkansas
for a period of four ( 4) years, ending the 2nd day of January, 2029, or until further Order of the
Court, whichever shall first occur. The Chief Magistrate Judge shall perform such duties in
connection with the administration of the Magistrate Judge's system with the Western District of
Arkansas as the Chief Judge may, from time to time, assign.
