The Court appoints Mistee Aaron as District Court Executive/Clerk of Court, effective
May 4, 2026. In the interim, she shall serve as the Clerk of Court, designee. And,
pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §3602, she is appointed to simultaneously serve as the Acting
Chief Probation Officer of this District, effective today. This designation will remain in
effect until the appointment of a permanent Chief Probation Officer. All delegations of
authority made by me as Chief Judge to the Chief Probation Officer shall remain in
effect until the appointment of a new Chief Probation Oficer.
