The possession of firearms or other dangerous weapons---to include those prohibited by 18 U.S.C. 930-----in any federal court facility or upon such property in Western Arkansas is prohibited. Areas covered by this prohibition include, but are not limited to, all federal courtrooms and places where federal court proceedings are conducted wherever located, all locations specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. 930, court facility entrances or exits, lobbies, foyers, and secured parking lots. This prohibition applies to any state or federal law enforcement officer or guard unless specifically excepted by the U.S. Marshal or his/her designee. The prohibition does not however, apply to Article Ill Judicial Officers, U.S. Magistrate and Bankruptcy Judges of this Court, the U.S. Marshal Service and U.S. Probation for the Western District of Arkansas.
