Filing Sealed Documents Update

ANNOUNCEMENT

On November 3, 2025, Chief Judge Timothy L. Brooks entered Administrative Order 2025-1, regarding the filing and availability of sealed documents in CM/ECF. Administrative Order 2025-1 rescinds the Filing Sealed/Non-Public Documents announcement posted to the public website and sent to the bar on August 20, 2025.
