The Clerk’s office in the Texarkana division of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas will be closed on Friday, April 5, 2024 and Monday, April 8, 2024.  All calls and electronic correspondence will be routed to other offices elsewhere within the district, and processed timely.  Hearings for National Park citations, park ranger tickets, and other Central Violations Bureau (CVB) cases in the Hot Springs division that were set in Hot Springs for Tuesday, April 9, 2024, will be reset for Tuesday, May 14, 2024.
